Well, ontology means the study of being or existing, so I help individuals better understand themselves by identifying patterns and behaviors. My passion lies in helping women achieve their full potential and lead a fulfilling life. I created a holistic approach, which focuses on the interconnectedness of an individual's thoughts, emotions, and actions. Through a safe and supportive environment, you will explore your inner truth, gain clarity and insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal as an ontological life coach is to be your champion and support you toward greater self-awareness and personal growth by providing encouragement, and accountability, and together create action plans that help you attain your goals to create a life you truly desire and aligns with your values and purpose.
